Ingredients, one capsule provides: Fish oil from sardines and anchovies; EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 330 mg; DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 220 mg; Other ingredients: glycerine and gelatin capsule shell.

Sardines and anchovies are concentrated sources of oil with the lowest levels of contamination which also ensures the least amount of processing needed to create a pure product which is screened for lead, mercury, PCB’s and DDT.

It is very important in ensuring proper brain development for the foetus. This product is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding as it does not contain Vitamin A.
